What Truths and Wisdoms St. Luke the Physician Has to Say

Описание: Joyful Christian Mystic Hermit reads the transcription of the taped words of truth and wisdom that Luke the Physician spoke for hermit and Dr. H. to hear (and he taperecorded) back in June 1988 at a time when Dr. H and so many others were focused on hermit being healed of constant pain that then had been for nearly four years (and now going on 42 years). Today, third day of Lent, JCMH is dealing with repeated emotional pain--the scab torn off again from flashbacks of sad aspects--temporal, human, painful aspects of churches and of people and also of hermit's inability to simply love and let go, and to understand that embracing the pain and of being in solitude, swimming in God's Ocean of Love and Mercy, or of being solo hiking along the spiritual holy, narrow path way. Cannot expect others to be all in the same place or others even striving for spiritual life. The point for each of us is to get ourselves swimming and on the holy, narrow-path way of the spiritual life in which Jesus Himself says "few are they who are on it." JCMH is reminded of the joys of having a great spiritual friendship for 24 years with the holy, elderly priest, her spiritual "da". What a gift! And we cannot expect at a certain point in our spiritual growth and development to be understood and accepted, nor to even be acceptable for parish life or for much human interaction, depending upon our vocations! As a hermit, this is how it is meant to be, and as a mystic, even more so! No particular friendships work out for long if at all, and God gives us the writings and the living eternal souls of other mystics and spiritually evolved souls who are so far beyond us that we can learn and grow and be encouraged from their lives lived with much suffering and sense of aloneness, too! It is all well and all shall be well, as Dame Julian of Norwich said, and for this hermit, it is all love and all good, for Lent is a time of depth and review and then renewal with resurrection coming.
