can't handle this anymore, crackling noises and pounding is all I hear when I'm home. can't even nap

for a phone to pick this up and even my cameras in my apartment pick this up it's because it's too loud.

it's the entire apartment up there. and she's just getting louder and louder.

all she does is wake me up in the middle of the night like I try to fall asleep by 10:00 cuz I have to get up at 4:30am I go in my room at 9:00 and I have to sit there and listen to this and I can't fall asleep half the time and if I do fall asleep I get woken up in the middle of the night

she told management that she goes to work that there's no way she's walking around back and forth pacing back and forth all night that's a lie I have videos to prove that she was doing this she does this every weekend for about 3 hours to 3 1/2 hours straight.

she's just walking around constantly.
on my days off walking around all morning and then I don't hear anything for hours because she's probably sleeping cuz she's not gone she's up there and then at about 6:30 p.m. is when she starts walking around all night.

she leaves the house two days a week for 3 hours and then comes back I know this cuz I had three weeks vacation and all three weeks she only left twice a week with a backpack.

it must be nice to be able to sit at home all day and sleep and take a nap whenever you want but I can't take a nap on my days off because this is all I hear when I'm here she scares my dog my dog goee under the couch.

past 10:00 p.m. I am going forward calling the police I can't handle it anymore.

same thing with the pacing she can lie to the police she can lie to management I have all the recordings.

again if a phone picks this up or cameras in your apartment picks this up it is too loud..

I don't understand why management is not telling her she has to leave so that they can fix the floor up there.

a person like her does not belong over anybody's head I've never in my life had to deal with this ever. I have lived under several people and I've never had this problem ever.
