A tenant is having trouble with their light fixture raining.
We find that the float switches have been mis wired, the internal drain pan is not level, and the drain clean out is uncapped which all contribute to cause overflow issues.
*As a side note, most likely the cabinet was not supported enough causing a little sagging underneath resulting in the issue with the drain pan. While I did fix it temporarily with the door shim I didn't like it so asked the installation guys return with some plywood and foam isolator blocks to level the whole thing and provide more support.
We'll be going over some trouble shooting and tips and tricks to find and resolve the problem.
