Amid the existing restrictions on the use of western weapons against targets in the Russian territory, former CIA Director and Commander of U.S. Central Command General (Ret.) David Petraeus told Ukrinform he believes the solution is for Ukraine to produce longer-range capabilities able to tackle the issue.
At the same time, he admits that Western thinking in regard to the restrictions may “evolve” over time.
