மசாலா மோர் செய்ய

தயிர் - 2 மேசைக்கரண்டி
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 1 நறுக்கியது
இஞ்சி - 1 துண்டு நறுக்கியது
கறிவேப்பிலை
கொத்தமல்லி இலை நறுக்கியது
பெருங்காயத்தூள் - 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
உப்பு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
தயிர் - 1 கப்
தண்ணீர் - 2 கப்

Drinking this homemadebutter milk in this hot summer is always soothing and gives good feel. These buttermilks are very good for health and masala buttermilk is super nutritious with add on taste . Making of these buttermilks involves whipping the curd with whipping stick then add water and making of masala buttermilk is also similar to making of water buttermilk followed by adding some chillis,garlic,and other Indian spices. Thus both water and spicy masala buttermilks are prepared. Storing these buttermilks in small pot gives them extra cool and taste. These are very tasty and perfect if you follow the tips and measures provided in this video.
