Club players mishit the ball way more often than pros.
Why? Club players look up too early, often times even before they strike the ball.
Pros keep their head still for about 1/10th of a second after contact before they look up. Roger Federer even keeps his head still for about 3/10th of a second before he looks up.
Keeping your head still around contact is key to maximizing centered, sweet spot hits.
