#1 In this episode we are making new lines for my 1979 Hobie 16. The old lines were old, worn, and rotting, so it is time for a replacement. We are cutting new jib halyard, jib sheet, main sail halyard, main sail sheet, and downhaul line. We are also running the new downhaul line, jib sheet, and main sheet.
Let me know what you want to see in the future as I will being doing a lot more hobie 16 focused content.
Line Lengths:
Jib Sheet - 5/16" Diameter 32' Length
Mainsheet - 5/16" Diameter 44' Length
Mainsail Downhaul - 3/16" Diameter
