The Shoppes at Richmond Mall in Richmond, KY was a random stop on our urbex adventures! We got to explore this dead mall on Memorial Day which I’m sure contributed to its deadness, but it felt almost apocalyptic. I couldn’t find out when the place opened but I do love the design and small town feel. I believe there was a J.C. Penney and Sears here at some point. I found an abandoned Walmart as a former anchor as well, which was super weird. The Walmart was vintage style! It was neat to look at this quaint mall with the echoing hallways. If you have any info let me know!
