Many of us just simply love seafood so today I am sharing how to grill fish using just two ingredients. We will be using just salt and pepper for seasoning. I am using stingray fish for this easy home grilling.
So let's look at the ingredients
Stingray (or any other fish)
Garlic
Onion
That's all...really an easy cooking method. Normally here in Malaysia, we will eat grill stingray fish with sambal to grill. However there will be time when we have limited resource and ingredients in our kitchen. We will be too lazy to prepare the sambal too as this is really time consuming. So using just these few seasoning spices and ingredients it's an easy home grilling way and result you will get an absolutely delicious grill fish and best part you get to taste the original freshness and sweetness of this stingray fish.
