*This recipe is similar to the one I did, however, as I explained in the video, I just add whatever fillings I have with the eggs. This is such a versatile breakfast option-we make it A LOT!

Sloppy Joes: I use a sloppy joe seasoning packet and follow the directions according to the packet. If you want a healthy twist, take a zucchini, cut it lengthwise in half, scoop out the seeds, place the sloppy joe meat in the zucchini (optional-top with cheese) and then air fry for 3 minutes or bake at 375 for about 6 minutes. We love to add corn and mini tater tots for our sides!
