Science is a process of learning and discovering new horizons. We, at Sparsh Greater Noida West, provide a chance for our students to explore these aspects through different science activities. This enables the students to get a better understanding of science and makes learning more fun and interactive. In this activity, students of grade 5 were challenged to design and build a water filtration device using commonly available materials.
Purification of water is a process that makes dirty water potable and fit for drinking. Through this concept, the students were introduced to different procedures that are used for water purification.
Children researched and used their understanding to create their own water purifiers, which they presented in class to create awareness about impurities and how they can collect rain water and purify it to use for different purposes.
The goal of experience-based learning is to help students identify their developmental needs and learn something important or meaningful to help them grow.
