She came to Dr. Karam with fairly typical aging concerns, including sagging, fine lines and wrinkles, and volume loss. Overall, she described herself as not looking as young as she felt and not recognizing herself when she looked in the mirror. To address these aging concerns, Dr. Karam performed, in addition to his Vertical Restore facelift, a fat transfer and a lower eyelid skin pinch.
