Yes it’s KYB suspension, BUT. This is basic, cheap KYB. You only have to look at the KYB fork stickers to confirm this. This is not the market leading KYB components you see on a Yamaha dirt bike.

We've been able to take the stock suspension, Revalve (improve) the forks and shock massively. Replace the stock progressive fork springs with straight rate springs to suit the riders weight. Replacement rear springs if required.

We now have different fork & shock settings (valving upgrades) tested here in NZ for NZ riders. The improvements are NIGHT & DAY.
