Описание: This abandoned custom tudor style mansion was build in the 1970's. It has been abandoned for approx. 1-2 years. A developer bought this property. They went bankrupted and the property was later sold as "Power of Sale" Another developer bought it and now have plans to build luxury homes here. The basement is quickly developing mold caused by ground water seeping through the foundation. Hope you enjoy the video.
