Pendlay Row.
• Compound exercise working upper & lower back, hips, core & arms.
======================
1) Start with the bar on the ground. Step about a foot away, with feet around hip width apart & hinge over as per a deadlift. Your torso should be horizontal to the floor.
2) Brace your core & with an overhand grip grab the bar at about shoulder width. Pull the bar leading with your elbows, upwards towards your lower chest.
3) No jerking! Your torso must remain horizontal & in neutral. No rounding, set your back into neutral at the start of each rep.
4) Return the bar under control to the ground. Exhale. Re-setting after each rep.
