It's been awhile since we posted but will be returning to our normal cadence of a video once a week - we're excited to share our adventures with you!
This week was Easter.
This Easter was nothing like the ones we grew up with.
No big family gathering. No overflowing baskets.
Just the four of us, a last-minute reservation, and our first time trying Korean BBQ in Portugal.
It felt unfamiliar at first - no traditions to fall back on, no extended family to fill the space.
But somewhere between the sizzling grill, the kids laughing, and the quiet walk after lunch… it started to feel like ours.
Come along as we slow down, eat well, and create new meaning in this season of change.
