Payment methods are stored under the Bank journal's "Incoming Payments" tab. Maintaining the payment method type as "Manual Payment," you can add and rename any payment method you'd like... popular examples are PayPal, check, cash, and Stripe.

NOTE: This video covers incoming payment methods to register on invoices... not outgoing payment methods. Another video will be available on those shortly.
