Brian Philip Telchadder (Appellant) v Wickland Holdings Limited (Respondent)
On appeal from the Court of Appeal (Civil division) (England and Wales)
This case involved the terms upon which a mobile home site landlord can terminate the licence of a resident accused of breaching site rules. The legal issue is whether notice to remedy a breach, first, runs indefinitely throughout the period of a licence to reside on a mobile home site or, second, ceases to have effect following compliance with its terms for a reasonable period or through the passage of a certain amount of time.
The Supreme Court unanimously allows the Appellant’s appeal against the order to terminate his licence to station his mobile home at Meadowview Park.
