Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' and You Are Not Alone weren't rehearsed and were removed due to setlist overload.
Beat It and Dangerous were rehearsed but were removed due to setlist overload.
Scream and Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough were first played as single songs, but were shortened due to setlist overload.
Morphine was only performed in the second night (January 1, 2000) since Michael thought it was inappropriate to perform it in the first show in United States, that's also why it was not edited for the official release, though there is a low quality broadcast video of the performance.
Heal The World Instrumental was played in both nights, but it was not edited for the official release. No broadcast video available.
The official release contains footage from the first night in 1999, except for The Way You Make Me Feel, which contains footage from the second night in 2000. From this moment on, this song would be lowered by a semitone in the 2001 shows and 2009 rehearsals.
