In this video i have demonstrated 05 yoga asanas for Full body Stretching and leg Stretching exercise for warm up, if anyone practices this for 10-15 minutes daily will have a great flexibility, strength and stamina in the body within a few days practice only.
Increases overall flexibility by targeting muscles groups;
1) Back muscles
2) Hamstring muscles
3) Thighs muscles
4) Core muscles
5) Hip joints
