Описание: Building the WORLD’S FIRST real OAKEN Drift Trike – a fully functional drift trike handcrafted from solid oak wood.
This video documents every step of the build, from raw natural material to a fully engineered downhill machine.

The creator of this project, Andre, is known for his unique drift trike concepts and his love for natural materials.
That’s why he took on this ambitious idea:
building a complete drift trike from a single piece of oak wood.

THE BUILD PROCESS (Step by Step):

• The oak branch was dried for two months to stabilize the wood before construction.
• After drying, the bark was removed, the branch was cut, shaped, and planed into a precise frame form.
• Metal components for the interchangeable axle system were cut, drilled, profiled and welded by hand — engineered to be replaceable and durable for heavy drifting.
• The metal parts were cleaned, derusted and prepared for painting.
• The handlebars and axial bar were painted in a vivid natural green, representing leaves and forest tones, while the axle received a solid black finish.
• Once the metal pieces were ready, the oak frame was drilled with precision to match the custom fittings.
• The wood was then treated with oil to preserve the natural oak grain, add durability and allow easy repair of future drift-related scratches — one of the advantages of using oak, one of the strongest woods in the world.
• A hand-forged iron cross was heated, branded into a leather patch, and mounted on the saddle to complete the artisan aesthetic.
• Finally, all parts were assembled, including an additional leather piece mounted onto the handlebars.

The result:
A fully functional, downhill-ready OAKEN DRIFT TRIKE — the first of its kind.
