"Abandoned by Disney" is a popular creepypasta (internet horror story) by Christopher Wolf (SlimeBeast) about a fictional, fully operational Disney resort, "Mowgli's Palace," that was suddenly shut down, its mascot suits corrupted, and signs of demonic entities found, but it's based loosely on real abandoned Disney properties like Discovery Island, River Country and the Treasure Island Resort (a real site Disney used, but abandoned due to issues like shallow waters), blending urban legend with real-world Disney closures to create a tale of haunted mascots and existential dread.
