Stairway climb: A concrete and stone stairway — about 350-400+ steps — is carved into the rock and leads to the summit’s viewing platform.
Difficulty: Short but steep and strenuous due to elevation gain (~300 ft over ~0.25 mi) and fenced-off but narrow sections.
Views: From the top you get 360° panoramic views — from the Great Western Divide peaks to the high Sierra and deep into the wilderness, plus the San Joaquin Valley to the west.
