In a large glass or wooden salad serving bowl, toss together the arugula, rocket leaves, basil, some lettuce, black olives, cherry tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, pomegranate, walnuts, pine nuts, pepper, a bit of salt, bit of vinegar, lime, some mustard and honey. Mix it well. Probably just grate a bit of cheese on to it. There you go. The salad is ready.
