●Ingredients for the Soup :
1 Kg Yellow Pumpkin
3 Medium Potatoes
2 Medium Onions
1 Leek
Olive Oil
Salt
●Ingredients for the Chestnut oil :
5 Chestnuts
1/3 Small Chili Pepper
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt
●Step by step the pumpkin soup recipe :
【First we want all our vegetables in to large dice cut .Heat up the pot then add the onions and the leek . When vegetables start getting that golden color add the potatoes and the pumpkin . Add water to cover the vegetables and a pinch of salt . Cook for 20 - 25 minutes . Then separated the broth from the vegetables . Sieve all the vegetables . Then add the mixture to a pot and add the broth . Cook for 5 minutes .
Now cool down the soup and it's ready . For the chestnut oil fry 5 chopped chestnuts , a small piece of chili pepper into 2 Tbsp. of olive oil . After 5 minutes remove pan from heat and sieve the olive oil to take the chestnut oil. Add over the top of the soup and it's ready to taste .】
