In this build video I cover how I built my Morgawse to be a completely oppressive, debuffing machine. She is capable of layering multiple kinds of debuffs to reduce and skip the turns of mulitple enemy combatants. There are a few items that really make this build much easier to use on a turn to turn basis, but even without them she can have crazy good uptime on her debuffs.
