This is how to remove the inner and outer clutch case, water pump assembly, clutch pressure plate, clutch boss, clutch basket, kick start idle gear, primary drive gear, water pump gear, and a few other things from the bottom end.
This is part 2 of a 4-part series on splitting the crankcase and removing the crankshaft from a 1997 - 2007 Kawasaki KLX300. Will be similar on the KLX250 models as well.
