Our Friday workshop is here every week like a steady rhythm, just to remind you why you’re meditating and help you build a habit that lasts a lifetime, morning and night, over and over. Slowly aligning your lifestream.
Use a recent joyful memory—like time with family—to re-absorb that happiness, and decide that this energy was always there and is now permanent in your timeline.
Timelines and “no linear time”:
From a higher-dimensional view, all timelines—past lives, future lives, different versions of you—are happening right now.
You can metaphorically look down at all these timelines like surfboards and say, “That one looks good,” then hop onto it and ride that stream of experiences - attributes, perspectives, emotional frameworks, confidence, etc.
You shift timelines by absorbing new attributes (patience, balance, happiness, magnetism) so thoroughly that you say, “I’ve always been this way, I am this now, and I will always be this,” because in that higher perspective, there is no rigid past–present–future.
Editing your past:
Past events are gone, but the memory lives inside you and replays itself - which affects your future.
You may not be able to change the events, but you can edit your memory and lower your emotional charge around them.
You can blur out or prune the stuff you don’t want to carry and choose to emphasize and re-live moments of joy, connection, and strength.
Because your past is constantly feeding your present thoughts and your future actions, cleaning and re-editing that inner archive changes where your life-stream is headed.
Consciousness, hypnosis, and identity:
In hypnosis, the body sits there, deeply relaxed, while consciousness is guided into different roles—Egyptian king, a dog, whatever—and the whole body embodies that suggestion.
That’s a demonstration that your consciousness is not chained to this one identity; it can acquire new experiences, traits, wisdom.
Meditation is a conscious version of that: you choose the attributes and energies you want and embody them, timeline by timeline.
“Who’s stopping you?” and taking responsibility:
No one is standing at the gate blocking you from being who you want to be; the main limiter is the dialogue and patterns you’re carrying inside.
Once you see that, you realize you have much more freedom than you thought to choose new qualities, learn new skills, and live on a different timeline.
The Collective and holding the space:
This isn’t just a Zoom call; it’s a higher-dimensional container—a space that holds the energy, the magnetism, the insights we generate together.
Even when you go back to your everyday life, that space stays “on,” and each time you show up live, watch a replay, or interact in the community, you plug back into it.
Holding the space is like keeping the lights on: you’re here for yourself now, but you’re also helping create a field that will support others who come in later.
Magnetic connection beyond distance:
We may be in different cities and time zones, but we’re in the same energetic room; the connection is magnetic, not just digital.
Every person who shows up adds another layer of magnetism to the field, making it easier for everyone to shift timelines and stay on track.
Practical commitment: the 21 Fridays:
You’re invited to literally write “1–21” on a piece of paper and circle each Friday you attend.
After 21 of these, the meditation habit and the new way of being will be deeply rooted in your nervous system.
How to bring this into daily life:
Don’t meditate, stand up, and then leave it and move on; bring your inner sight, balance, patience, and magnetism into your daily life, meetings, parenting, eating, scrolling—everything.
Once a week, at minimum, plug back into this inner world and this space; once a day, give yourself a few minutes to reverse your awareness and choose your keywords.
Remember: you’re not stuck; you’re a higher-dimensional being who happens to be having a third-dimensional experience. Now you understand what it means to “change your timeline,” and you can choose a new timeline every time you show up for yourself and do the work.
