Motorbike trip round the Ladakh region of northern India. On the fourth day of the trip. I am heading to Tso Moriri, "the lake in the sky" at an altitude of 4500m.
I am at Lake "Kyagar Tso", at an altitude of 4700m. Occasionally bikers and tourists pass along the lakeside path, but no one stops here to approach the lake.This is a wonderful spot where you can enjoy the richness of nature all to yourself.
I am at lake Tso Moriri, at an altitude of 4500m. This is a very beautiful lake at an higher altitude than Pangong Tso.
This homestay (guest house) is located in the village of Karzok on the shores of Lake Tso Moriri. Enjoy an afternoon tea with Ama. A cup of sweet milk tea will relieve the fatigue of a long journey.
