2lbs ground sausage
1 medium onion chopped
Black pepper
Salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian seasoning
Dried parsley
Dried basil
Red pepper flakes and/or Korean red pepper flakes
Chipotle Tobasco
12 eggs
4-5 cups milk/cream
4 cups shredded cheese divided
Any type of cut up bread OR 2 bags of croutons
Brown first 7 ingredients. Remove from heat. In mixing bowl whisk eggs, Tobasco, and milk/cream. Place bread into bottom of greased 13x9 baking dish. Add meat mixture over the bread. Add half of grated cheese over top of meat mixture. Slowly pour the egg mixture over everything. Add remaining cheese. Sprinkle with dried basil or parsley for razzle dazzle! 375 degrees aprox 45 minutes. Check periodically all ovens are different. No runny eggs in middle when cut into with a knife means it’s done. Let sit 10 or so minutes to rest once removed from oven. Serve with Tobasco and/or salsa!
