Mushroom gua sha helps with lymphatic drainage to detox the face and promote healthy, firm skin reducing puffiness. Using mushroom-shaped Gua Sha tools as part of the skincare routine will help repair, regenerate, heal and promote cell turnover by stimulating new oxygenated blood flow. Plus we can also enjoy the calming effect of such massage on our mind, the nervous system and our wellness.

This gua sha tool is much smaller and also flatter, providing greater support for the skin and muscles as it glides across the face. The mushroom shape is better suited for mature skin and helps to lift and smooth over any sagging or loose skin on the neck, cheeks, jawline and eyes.

I find it works really well on the bony structured face (if there’s been a loss of muscle volume) so it doesn’t feel like it’s scraping the face !
