► INGREDIENTS 🏽
✅ 3 Semi ripened plantains
✅ 1/4 cup roasted peanut butter
✅ 2 medium sized white onion bulbs
✅ Salted fish (Mɔmɔne is better if readily available)
✅ 1 scotch bonnet peppers
✅ 1/8 cup roasted peanuts
✅ 2 eggs (optional but goes very well with it)
✅ 4 tablespoons palm oil
✅ Salt to season
✅ Avocado (Optional but a very good addition
Mɔmɔne is mainly used so please go for this if available. Please salt Mɔmɔne (salted fish) is very salty so be careful with the quantity of salt.
