Making a French Cleat, Wall Mounted, Bottle Opener with Cap Catcher from a Cedar Picket.

Описание: I had a customer request I make a bottle opener for him, so I ended up over-engineering it and this is what I ended up with. This will consume about half a cedar picket and a $1.50 bottle opener from Amazon. (About $4 will be your cost to make these)
The 'Improved' French Cleat system has 'drunk' protection from being knocked off thanks to some short side rails.

Sizes can be whatever works for you, but my Cut List is:
14 inch for main body. "Coffin Cuts" at 31.6 degrees on the miter saw.
Front of box, width of picket (5.5 in) by 3.5 in tall.
Box sides and bottoms, 1.75 in wide. 5.5, 3 & 3 inches long.
Cleats are about 3 inches wide, top is 5 inches long with 45 degree bottom cut. Bottom is 7 inches long with 45 degree top cut.
