Since the times of our great forefathers, every 3 years, we carry out the ritual called "jagran" as worship towards Lord Shiva - also called as "Malhari Martand" or "Khandoba" in local language.
This ritual is more like a invite and a request for Khandoba to bless the family, relatives and even the devotees who attend and are present at the puja process.
This has to be conducted by special devotees called as "vagya murali" who for ages have been worshipping Lord Shiva in his Khandoba avatar - more like a tradition passed on their family lineage.
This is carried out at our typical village home with family, extended family, villagers and few of the relatives who could attend it.
