0:21 Double Kettlebell Clean to Slow Eccentric Pause Squat (3 reps)
0:53 Front Squat (6 reps)
1:09 Double Kettlebell Swing (9 reps)
1:27 Deadlift (12 reps)
[Do 3 rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]
