This lab lecture video is meant to provide additional assistance for a lab discussing analysis of output from stochastic simulations written in Arena. This particular video covers the generation of confidence intervals from time averages of time-persistent data. Normally such confidence intervals would be generated automatically by Arena Reports, but there may be a need to generate them in other ways especially if the Arena Reports is not functioning due to software incompatibilities in Arena and the Windows installation. Getting time averages of time-persistent data into a form that is processable by external applications (including the Output Analyzer) requires one or two more steps. This video goes over those steps.
This lab lecture complement recorded by Theodore Pavlic as part of IEE 475 (Simulating Stochastic Systems) at Arizona State University.
