Welcome back to my channel! I’ve got another full day of eating for you. It’s packed full of meal and snack ideas. All of the recipes I made are listed below for you! Tag me on IG if you make anything from this video!!! I love seeing your creations!
Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 cup water
1 apple, peeled and diced
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar replaced
Cinnamon, to taste
Add apples to water and bring to a boil. Add oats, stirring often. When water comes back to a boil, lower heat. Simmer until desired consistency. Remove from heat and add brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
Lunch: Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad
Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad, makes 6-2 pt servings
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or 2 cans chicken, drained
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 large apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons light mayo
3 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, celery, apple, and cranberries.
Add the sauce to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Dinner: Chicken Stroganoff, 7 sp
Per serving:
1 chicken breast, cubed
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
64g Brown Rice Pasta (I’m using the carba-nada noodles, which is taking two points off of the total)
1/4 yellow onion, diced
4oz mushrooms, chopped
Handful of spinach, chopped
I like to make mine with garlic salt.
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan and add brown rice pasta. While water is coming to a boil sauté veggies until tender. Set cooked veggies aside. Cook chicken breast through. Drain pasta and in saucepan combine cooked chicken, veggies, and cottage cheese. Once cheese has melted add in pasta and desired spices.

Peanut butter fruit dip: 1 serving, 3 pts
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
5g sugar free pudding mix
1 tbsp Pb fit
14g Lily’s chocolate chips, optional
Combine all ingredients and enjoy with fruit or graham crackers!
