good evening.
i was really struggling to work out what i wanted to do for a christmas cover this year. i went through a lot of ideas in my head, but hallelujah kept getting stuck, despite me not having listened to it in a while.
this is a song that actually means a lot to me, and im really happy to finally show it some love.
originally, i was going to do a metal cover of this and have some fun with it, but as i recorded the first draft of vocals.. i realized i just wanted to keep it simple, and so i went for a more minimalistic arrangement.
i also kept the video simple so as to focus on the song more. you can enable youtube captions for the lyrics though, i wont forget that.
anyways, long description aside. i hope you enjoy my rendition.
