Описание: The Grand Union Canal passes through Blisworth, a village in West Northamptonshire, England. Once a year the canal comes alive with a free festival. Everyone is welcome and there's plenty of entertainment and things to see and do for all ages. There are lots of trade boats to discover along the waterfront, such as The Fudge Boat. Hand made fudge in various flavours available for sampling. The most popular being rhubarb and custard. Also visitors can take boat trips up and down the canal. These operate throughout the event. One of the musical highlights is Grafton District Scout Band. A youth band that was formed in 2008 and takes members from the Scouting community. The 2017 event took place on Saturday August 12th.
