Описание: Tissue factor (TF) overexpression and non-hemostatic signaling is seen in many tumors; however, TF-targeting therapies can disrupt the normal hemostatic function of TF, limiting their clinical benefit. We created this 3D medical animation to educate HCPs about the MOA of a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), XB002, which targets TF-expressing tumor cells without disrupting normal TF function. Multiple data sources were used to visualize TF and its binding partners in order to communicate the innovative MOA of XB002. Molecular interactions of TF were shown in an inset overlaying a blood vessel environment, so that they could be easily related to tissue-level events.
