Congress legislator Prakash Rathod was caught on camera scrolling through his phone while attending the proceedings in the Karnataka Vidhan Parishad.
A clip of Prakash Rathod has gone viral. In the clip, the MLC is seen surfing through the storage on his mobile phone; and among other visuals, a few porn clips were also seen on his phone. The politician, however, does not click on any but goes ahead to look at the other items on his phone.
