Tan Sri Azam Baki says that his acquisition of RM800,000 worth of shares in a financial services company was conducted transparently and did not violate any laws.
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief commissioner said the transaction was declared and that the Chief Secretary to the Government was informed of the matter.
