Furthermore, hundreds more babies will be born with low birth weight annually due to this pollution. Hundreds more annually will develop Type 2 Diabetes. If these health effects are well known, why do we still knowingly rely on this for our state's power generation. Clean energy starts at home with us. By installing rooftop solar and batteries, we can help to increase the amount of renewable energy sources rather than relying on fossil fuels.
