Putin has been using ‘nuclear rhetoric’ since start of war

Описание: Russian President Vladimir Putin has been using “nuclear rhetoric” since the war on Ukraine began, says author and journalist Jeremy Bowen.

He said Mr Putin’s use of the rhetoric almost “normalises” the nuclear threat.

“Of course it could just be threats, could just be talk, but when someone who has an arsenal of 6,000 plus warheads starts talking like that, you’ve got to take it seriously,” he told Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.
