Recently a few comments mentioned that an actively heated chamber could reduce the risk of brittle filaments breaking. Some filaments become so brittle that they can snap in the PTFE tube if they are bent too much.
I wanted to check if this idea is actually true.
In this video I tested five brittle filaments and measured their bending behavior at room temperature and after heating to see if a warm environment really makes them less brittle. Is a heated chamber a real solution, or just a myth?
