I am fortunate to have received the inheritance of Carnatic music from my Guru, Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. "Das Sahitya" is vital part of carnatic music, as for Haridasas (devotees of Lord Vishnu), Music, is the most preffered path to reach him (Lord Vishnu). Guruji were specially drawn to these devostional songs from Das Sahitya, which we simply refer to as "Bhajan"
सोळाव्या शतकातील तत्वज्ञ, कवी, संत वादिराज तीर्थ यांनी लिहिलेले हे भजन (written by philosopher, poet, and mystic Vadiraja Tirth), आजवर कदाचित तुमच्या कानावर पडले नसेल. पण भक्तिरसाने ओतप्रोत असे हे भजन, केवळ भाषेच्या पडद्याआड राहू नये, म्हणूनच, हे भजन खास तुमच्यासाठी सादर करावेसे वाटले.
