Описание: 2013년 소박한 원 테이블로 시작한 온지음 레스토랑은 2018년 경복궁의 경관이 펼쳐지는 현 사옥 4층으로 확장 이전하였다. 온지음 레스토랑은 (재) 화동문화재단 부설 전통문화연구소 온지음 맛공방의 연구를 바탕으로 전통 한식의 맛과 멋, 그 조화롭고 검박하고 절제된 고유의 정신을 그대로 지키되 오늘의 변화된 신생활, 재료, 조리기술 등을 고려하여 재해석한 전통 한식 메뉴를 선보이고 있다.
The Onjium Restaurant, started from a one-table in 2013, expanded and relocated to the current top floor of Onjium building in 2018 with a spectacular overarching view of Gyeongbokgung Palace. In order to increase awareness of traditional Korean cuisine and make it enjoyable today. Onjium restaurant and Onjium Food Studio works in closely interrelated partnership-the research from the Food Studio is being tested and experimented as viable recipes for today's table. By doing so, the Restaurant endeavors to preserve the authentic taste, aesthetic, and spirit of the Korean traditional cuisine and food culture.
