In this episode of the Runpreneur Vlog, Kevin discusses how to build a team of successful individuals to act as mentors in each aspect of your business. He shares the secrets of how he has supercharged his development as an entrepreneur by creating a team of mentors around him who can elevate him to the next level. This mentorship team should include a lead mentor, as well specialists in each of the business areas that you want to achieve a goal fast. For example, Kevin has a marketing mentor, Instagram mentor, and financial profitability mentor. These mentors don’t have to be expensive, they could even be social media influencers in the areas that you want to develop in. Whoever they are, a great mentor will provide you with invaluable support to help you grow and develop as an entrepreneur.

Kevin is a proud husband and father, owner of multiple businesses, and a 2 x Guinness World Record holder for the ‘Fastest Marathon Runner Dressed As a Ninja’ and a part of ‘Most users to run a remote marathon in 24 hours’.

Kevin has experienced several business failures and almost hit bankruptcy. He suffered from overwhelming pressure and stress. Fast forward nine months, and he has managed the stress levels and made a lot of progress. The one thing that saved him was running! Kevin wanted to help other entrepreneurs out there who are experiencing similar struggles. So combining his passions for entrepreneurship and running, Runpreneur was born.

Kevin founded Runpreneur in 2020 with a goal of run-vlogging every day for an entire year. He produces content every day through his vlog, imparting tips and hacks on various topics, covering all things entrepreneurship and running.

Now a fair way through the challenge of run-vlogging for an entire year, Kevin was inspired to take the journey to another level and have more of an impact on peoples’ lives.

Since becoming a father himself, Kevin has often raised money for children’s charities by participating in various running events, raising around £17,000 in total. Kevin feels hugely passionate about wanting to help vulnerable children on a much bigger scale. Combining his passions for run-vlogging every day and raising money for vulnerable children is where the epic Runpreneur challenge was born!
