Filler words are an integral part of any language. They help maintain fluency in our speech by filling in pauses and providing time for us to gather our thoughts. It’s not really bad to use them if you don’t overuse them. But unfortunately it happens a lot. That’s why in Russian these words are called слова-паразиты. In this video I want to share with you 10 of the most common Russian filler words, because you can hear them from every Russian native. But promise that you won’t overuse them as we do!
