I mixed the vocal track and inverted instrumental version of the song, leaving the vocal tracks getting more heard and the unstable drum track. Then, I used UVR Beta MelBand Roformers model to clean up and make the acapella. Although, there are some parts that need manual cleanup.
I cross-checked the official instrumental to the finished acapella (inverted) with the vocal track just to make sure that the vocals sound whole (no unwanted vocal sounds left). Not a 100% official, but this sounds really official!
Tools used:
Audacity 2.0.6 - adjust speed of instrumental to fix audio desync to vocal track
Ultimate Vocal Remover - split acapella from raw mix
SpectraLayers Pro 5 - manual audio cleaning of unwanted sounds
Audacity (latest version) - final mixing and exporting
